Our nurses will have you fill out the Health and Lifestyle questionnaire, take your vital signs, metabolic rate and body composition measurements, take samples for laboratory tests if ordered, set up your appointments with our specialists and start the coordination of your program.
A comprehensive consultation will take place with our Internal Medicine specialist including a review of your medical background, physical assessment and analysis of medical test results.
Taking into consideration important factors on weight loss such as hormones, microbiota, intestinal permeability and food sensitivities, our physician will plan the next steps in your program.
Our Registered Dietitian will analyze your body composition report, make a detailed eating habits and lifestyle assessment, and prepare for you a dietary plan according to your caloric and nutritional needs and your personal food preferences.

Qigong (Chi Kung) Therapy
The meaning of qigong in Chinese is working diligently on consciousness and vital energy to develop certain skills.
Medical school of qigong aims to prevent or heal a wide range of diseases and illnesses especially of chronic nature, by strengthening immune system.
Qigong improves both internal and external biological functions.
You will benefit from The Swimming Dragon, Muscle-Tendon Changing, Taiji qigong shiba shi/18 Movements of Harmony exercise systems of qigong for losing excess weight and improving your general health.
Our Exercise Instructors will perform a musculoskeletal assessment, determine your aerobic fitness level and prepare a personal fitness prescription for you that will include activities such as nature walks, swimming, functional training, aquagym and pilates.
Our specialists will share with you their knowledge and experiences through interactive, open ended talks, on topics such as optimum health, science of weight management, mindful eating, healthy food choices, sleep health and longevity.

The information you provide here will help us design a personalized wellness program for your specific needs. After our team of experts assesses your questionnaire, you may be asked for some laboratory and/or radiological tests.
We recommend you bring with you’re the following:

- Comfortable sports clothing.
- Swimming attire, shorts, tights
- Raincoat and hat
- An evening dress
Maksimum Yaşam health center is located in Konacık / Bodrum, our programs/camps take place in Sundance Suites Hotel in Turgutreis / Bodrum.
We can arrange pick up service from Milas – Bodrum airport. It is about a 60 minute drive from the airport to the hotel.

On arrival day, your room will be ready for check in at 2 pm.
Sunday is check in day. Early Monday morning your program starts.
Should you arrive before 2 pm, you can still check in, discover the facilities and join ongoing program activities.
During check in, you will receive a bag containing your weekly program schedule and information on program activities.
A 21 day stay is recommended for an ideal experience and lasting results.
It is very important that you attend the program from the 1st scheduled day.
Persons under 16 cannot attend the program.
It is required that our guests are able to mobilize themselves in order to attend the program activities.
Uncontrolled or untreated mental health issues can interfere with and influence the effectiveness of your program.
We cannot accept pets due to hotel policy.
